Experience the transformative power of this session and discover how it can enrich your daily life." First, you'll guide your clients through a few minutes of diaphragmatic breathing. Next, you'll use tuning forks to align each of the seven chakras, starting from the root chakra at the base of the spine and moving up to the crown chakra at the top of the head. Then, you'll introduce the crystal bowl, playing notes in the key of F to resonate with the heart chakra. During this time, you'll also incorporate angelic singing with your own voice. Finally, you might consider adding aromatherapy with essential oils like rose or lavender to enhance the relaxing and heart-opening effects of the treatment.
