In this Activation Monday, we’ll explore what it means to release the old patterns, beliefs, relationships, and energetic attachments that may still be influencing your life.
Karma can show up through outdated belief systems, people-pleasing, toxic relationships, repeating the same cycles, living according to other people’s expectations, or continuing to carry emotional and energetic connections to the past.
This is an opportunity to pause and ask yourself:
